On the first day of Christmas

Our Christmas celebration's started off on Sunday, the 19th with a trip to Jason's parent's.  We were joined by Jason's little (age-wise) brother Kevin and his girlfriend Stefanie. We had a wonderful afternoon together with everyone and although it took Charlotte a few minutes to warm up to everyone again she had a BLAST playing with everyone!

We decided to open presents before dinner and the keynote present of the night was Charlotte's present from KayKay and GrandDavid....a kitchen of her very own!  She got very overwhelmed with all eyes on her and everyone asking her to tear the paper so she just sat in my lap while we unwrapped it but once the paper was off she was so excited!

Very  unsure of what we were asking of her....

But then super excited to have KayKay show her all the neat features!

Even though Charlotte's face is a little blurry I love this picture because it's a 100% genuine smile.  She was so excited that her pots actually make sounds and lights like they're boiling water.  To be honest, she's still that excited about it!

Then she started showing GrandDavid everything!

And later got Stefanie to play with her new assortment (LARGE assortment I might add!) of food!

We had so much fun spending time with our family.  We are so blessed to have two wonderful sets of parents and cherish all the time that we get to spend with them!
