Snow, Day 2

Pictures are still unedited but I wanted to share what we've been up to this morning! It's still snowing here and was coming down really hard earlier this morning.  We measured on the coffee table on the patio and it was about 6 inches this morning and a little bit melted yesterday afternoon.  So we're thinking we got probably 7 or 8 inches! That's a CRAZY amount of snow for us in Alabama! 

This morning we wanted to take Charlotte out in it since the chance of getting this much snow again for a long time is slim!  She, at first, wanted to see the snowmen and only wanted to be held.  And then I sat down in the sled with her in my lap and she stood up in the snow and then wouldn't get back up!  It was a fun morning!

And then she wanted Memma to hold her hand

She had to take some big steps to clear the snow!

 Do you see how tall it is!?!?!?

 Then after emphatically saying no to the sled she wanted to get in!

 Papa pulled her in the sled across the yard!

 The she wanted to strike out on her own but ran into some high snow that she couldn't overcome

 She tried tasting the snow but realized that it was COLD!

 Once I sat down on the step she wanted to join me!
