Playing in the rain!

I have never been one to like messes.  I like things to be organized and orderly and if I get messy I like to get cleaned up as soon as possible.  But, with little ones, I'm trying harder to be spontaneous and remember that messes might make the best memories.  So the other day when it rained I told Charlotte that she could go play in the rain.

It was barely drizzling but she had the best time running around in it!  It was actually pretty cool that day and as soon as I asked her if she was cold she insisted that she was shivering!  For the rest of the day she told anyone that would listen that she got to play in the rain and got "soaking wet" and was "shivering cold"!
