Charlotte pretty much chooses all of her clothes these days. We, of course, try and guide that decision but for the most part she wears what she wants to. This means that we've spent a good deal of the summer wearing the same thing over and over again. For most of the summer she was wearing dresses and she wore the same dresses continuously. Then, once we started potty training, I started suggesting pants outfits so she started always wanting to wear the same tops and pants. Before church a few weeks ago I was finally able to convince her to wear this beautiful blue dress that I bought forever ago. I love the dress and she looked so grown up in it! The color matches her eyes perfectly and I'm so glad that I got her to wear it! Maybe she'll be able to wear it next summer too!
Charlotte liked the dress because it had animals on it but once we got outside she also realized a bigger perk...it was a twirling dress! She had great fun twirling in the front yard until she fell down because she was so dizzy! She wanted to get right back up and start twirling some more but we insisted that it was time for church.
