One of Charlotte's favorite words right now is "DaDa". She says it as soon as she wakes up in the morning or from a nap. She says it when I'm changing her diaper. She says it when she eats. She is constantly looking for her Daddy during the day. I know that this both makes Jason feel good and bad at the same time. It also used to be a sore spot with me when she wasn't really saying MaMa but now that she says MaMa a lot I'm ok with all of the DaDa attention. But in the afternoons she can sense that it's getting close to time for him to come home and she'll go stand as close to the door as she can get. Sometimes that's in our room and somtimes (like Monday) it's at the closed door back to the back of the house.
Can you see her lips? That's what she does when she's "sticking out her tongue". That's her opinion of Daddy not getting home when she's ready for him to!
Such a sad face!
Getting into despair territory
He's home! Waiting on me to open the door so she can go see him!
