The Napping House by Don and Audrey Wood
Really, anything by Don and Audrey Wood is fantastic. They have great books with great illustrations. I got to meet them once at a Young Author's Conference and so some of my books are signed. I can tell you that as a child I loved having books signed by the authors!

Twinkle Toes by Karen Katz
Charlotte loves this touch and feel book but she also loves Karen Katz's other books like Princess Baby. The bright colors and cute little girls make these books easily relate-able and the catchy stories are easy to read.
These are some of Charlotte's absolute favorite books. I can't wait to read about other must reads!

Never heard of the Napping House. I've added it to my list and I'm going to look for it at the library next week. I'm always looking for new books to read to the kids I baby-sit...I'm sure any of your recommendations would be wonderful!
