Proud to be an American

As surely everyone in the country knows, tomorrow is election day.  The nation is going to choose who is going to govern our country for the next four years.  We are very blessed to live in a nation where we get to choose.  A nation that takes our vote, our single vote, into account to shape the direction of our nation.  Elections might not always come out with a result that we're happy about or it might come out exactly like we were wishing.  But the election will always be resolved and by participating we get to be involved in our country.  No matter who you're going to vote for tomorrow, please go and vote.

Over the weekend I realized that I didn't know about a lot of local races and amendments that I will be voting for tomorrow.  So I went and checked out al.com and found a voter guide there to help you figure out exactly who you want to vote for in some of the state-wide races.  To check out the voter guide click here.  Al.com also has other election information including sample ballots.  Get informed on all of the items you'll be voting on tomorrow before you go vote.  And please, go vote, help build our country in the direction that you think is best.

Also, if you're stressed out about the election tomorrow and it's results you might want to go and check out this article.  It really helped me remember that God is God no matter who is President.
